HOW TO USE THESE CARDS

1. Lay them out face down and get each child to draw one. Follow the instructions on the card as a group.

2. Pick one card in the morning or before bed to create a daily mindfulness routine.

3. Use them in the classroom as a Mindful break. Hand out a card each for the child to do (as an individual or for more fun, as a whole class!)
